The Common Council voted to accept a liability-insurance proposal from Cities and Villages Mutual Insurance Company (CBMIC/CVMIC) for policy years 2026, 2027 and 2028 and approved continuing membership in the insurer. The resolution authorized the city clerk to execute the acceptance and specified selection of option 1, retaining the city's current self-insured retention of $50,000.
