County administrator Daniel asked the board to authorize change order No. 1 to a May 7 public improvement contract with Precision Electric for courthouse lighting fixtures. He said the work requires dimming switches, inductor dimming wiring and emergency lighting relays and that the change order increases costs by $32,768 over the original contract amount of $89,008.65, producing a cited total of $122,006.33 that would need formal authorization and retroactive ratification to June 1, 2026.
