Trustee Alison Genslinger moved to approve the 2nd amended Annexation Agreement for Green Ridge Phase II; Trustee Tony Feitlich seconded and the motion passed on a 5-0 roll call. Later in the motion sequence, Genslinger changed her motion to approve the agreement "as amended in paragraph section 12 on page 7," which was accepted by Feitlich and approved 5-0.
