Belpre introduces courtesy warning door-hangers and proposed code-violation fee schedule

Safety-Service Director Mr. Kirby said code enforcement will begin using courtesy warning door-hangers and that a proposed fee schedule is being drafted tying fines to prior warnings and violation severity. The fines may be imposed repeatedly depending on offense severity.
