DPW reports progress on BMUFL sign installations across Frederick County
DPW reported July 2 that BMUFL sign installation is in progress with several locations already installed and additional requests in process; staff will confirm some site discrepancies and will provide guidance links to the Commission.

Laura Wiese‑Lopez, Bikeways and Trails Project Manager with the Division of Public Works, told the Commission the County is "in the process of getting the BMUFL signs installed." She listed installed locations including Devilbiss Bridge Road, New Design Road, Opossumtown Pike, Ballenger Creek Pike, Old Frederick Road, Hessong Bridge Road and Bethel Road, and said additional requests are in process for Holter Road and a second New Design Road sign.
