Community Development Director Kris Manguso presented an outright-exemption request for a 3-acre parcel known as Granby Ranch South Three. The parcel was created after de‑annexation activity and serves to secure right-of-way needed to realign County Road 88 with Snow Mountain Ranch's main entrance in the future.
