Trustees authorize cooperative purchasing agreements with PCA and state program

The Crystal City ISD Board of Trustees voted to join two cooperative purchasing arrangements on Sept. 16. The board approved an interlocal agreement with Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) by a 6-0 vote after Ray Espinosa arrived. Shortly afterward the board also approved a resolution to participate in the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Cooperative Purchasing Program; that resolution carried 6-0-1 with Ray Espinosa recorded as abstaining.
