Clerk Treasurer (S2) and Legal counsel (S4) explained that the town's insurance bill was $351 higher than approved because terrorism coverage had been included; the additional payment was required to avoid a lapse in coverage. "The insurance bill came in as being, 351 more dollars than you thought it was gonna be," S4 said while describing the discrepancy.
