The Reading City Council on May 26 unanimously approved Resolution 2026-07 to adopt a Project Planning Document and authorize submission of an application for DWSRF funding. Councilmember Crank moved to approve "approving the Project Planning Document and authorizing submission of the DWSRF funding application," and Councilmember Gary seconded; the roll call vote was George, Crank, Gary, Matz and Penney — motion carried 5-0.
