Plan Commission clears resurfacing plan for Andy’s Auto Repair on Main Street
The commission unanimously approved Carlson Asphalt’s site plan to resurface the parking lot at Andy’s Auto Repair, 1368 Main Street, and authorized the building inspector to issue a building permit; the property is located in a B-3 Commercial Zoned District.

On Aug. 19, 2026 the Marinette Plan Commission approved a site plan submitted by Carlson Asphalt (filed Aug. 10, 2026) to resurface the existing paved parking lot at Andy’s Auto Repair, 1368 Main Street. Commissioner John Marx moved, Commissioner Mike Minzlaff seconded, and all present concurred; Building Inspector Demlow was authorized to issue the building permit.
