Magistrate Ray H. Money moved and Magistrate Richie Kielman seconded the appointment of Justin Gray as Road Supervisor effective August 1, 2026; the court approved the appointment by unanimous vote. The minutes list the pay rate for the appointment as "$ 25.32 $ 27.00 per hour" and note the pay rate was amended on Aug. 11, 2026.
