Selectmen review multiple zoning violations; several cases headed to Superior Court

Zoning Coordinator and Health Officer Tim Bray ran through a lengthy enforcement report that included wetlands, shoreland, ADU and short-term rental compliance issues. For one matter involving a culvert, the NHDES Wetlands Bureau reviewed the site and indicated a wetland permit was required, noting the area appears rich in Priority Resource Area and may be in the floodplain. Bray has requested updates from state staff and is planning periodic inspections.
