Select Board approves zoning permits for deck, storage shed and campground privy
The Board approved three zoning permits: a 16'x10' deck at 77 Hazard Rd., a 10'x10' storage shed at 10 Prescott Hill Rd., and a 4'x4'x7' privy for an STR campground with prior Planning Board site-plan approval (5/21/26).

The Zoning Coordinator presented permit approvals for routine projects. A permit was approved for Steven Masterson and Fay Butler at 77 Hazard Road to add a 16-by-10-foot deck attached to a second-story garage; the Zoning Coordinator noted no wetland or setback issues. A permit for Robert Farmer, 10 Prescott Hill Road, for a 10-by-10-foot storage shed with no utilities was also approved after review.
