Commissioner Jim Larson said he will oppose removing the Armington Bridge from the project roster and urged it be rebuilt, citing high-water season debris on Belt Creek that gets lodged under the bridge.

At the April 29 meeting, Commissioner Jim Larson said an afternoon meeting at the Cascade County Chambers would consider removing the Armington Bridge from the project's roster; he told the PCC he would oppose removal and wants the bridge redone. "I would oppose it because I wants the bridge redone," Larson said, and he added that during high-water season trees come down Belt Creek and get stuck under the bridge.
