Staff provided a broad operations update covering recently completed and planned work. The water-tank fence installation and lighting upgrades were noted as completed items the board thanked staff for. Staff also reported that Lower Valley Energy plans to replace utility lines on the front loop and that locates are pending; directors asked staff to request ditch cleaning while equipment is in place.
