Commissioner: RWE is seeking more land leases and has narrowed project footprint; 70/30 pool offered

Commissioner Jim Gwennap reported March 2 that developer RWE had recently mailed letters to landowners and told the board Lane Douglas from RWE would visit the area within six weeks to pursue additional land leases. Gwennap said RWE told the board it had narrowed the project's footprint but did not provide details; he also said RWE indicated it had not before offered a 70/30 pool but would make that option available for this project.
