Commissioner Jim Gwennap told the board March 2 that county representatives recently learned the 2024 audit for Northwest Kansas Planning & Development had not been completed. Gwennap said the county is searching for an auditing firm to perform the outstanding audits and that staff discussed additional concerns with the organization's financials after the meeting.
