Housing Director Hannelore Dysinger told the board she completed two closings in Crawford County and one closing in neighboring Roscommon. One local project was divided into emergency and full rehabilitation so staff could use Program Income (PI) and HPG funding; Dysinger reported Crawford County PI has approximately $3,000–$4,000 remaining and Roscommon's PI is depleted for the fiscal year.
