Town engineers gave a multi-part report covering sewer and corridor projects. For Phase IV sewer, the minutes list $104,818.22 remaining for an additive alternate at Sandy’s Hardware, note a need for right-of-way acquisitions and a pending PSC case, and record contractor quotes of $132,000 and $172,000 for an unspecified line item. The LifePoint sewer item is on hold; a CWSRF IUP form has been submitted.
