At the close of the regular session Mayor Chappelline announced the council would adjourn to closed session and turned the meeting over to the city attorney to read the item. The city attorney read that the closed session item is a "public employee performance evaluation pursuant to California government code section 54957" concerning the city manager and stated that there was "no anticipated reportable action."
