The town’s proposed zoning text amendments would permit Tiny Home Parks in R-4 residential districts and add a new section with design standards for those parks. The packet defines a "Tiny home" as "a small dwelling unit under 400 square feet that is permanently installed." "Tiny homes on wheels" are defined separately as mobile units and are not allowed as residential uses in town; the packet says such units must be parked in an RV park.
