The Douglas County Planning Commission voted unanimously Aug. 11 to approve major variance application 2026DPMVARDash0002 for 431 Nevada Street in Zephyr Cove, allowing the reallocation of setbacks to establish a buildable envelope on Lot 40 in the Elk Point subdivision (APN 1318-16-810-060, zoned R069).
