The City of Post approved a resolution to apply for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (Downtown Revitalization Program) and later evaluated grant‑administration proposals for the DRP. On March 25 councilors supported the DRP resolution and, at an October meeting, the council adopted a resolution awarding a contract for DRP grant administration to Public Management.
