Following a closed session to consider purchase of real property and a settlement proposal in New Haven v Landlord, the council authorized the village president to enter an agreement with 6 Rivers Conservancy and make a $10,000 down payment.

Under the statutory authority cited in the minutes (MCL 15.268(d)), the New Haven Village Council entered closed session at 8:06 PM to consider the purchase of real property and to discuss a settlement proposal (New Haven v Landlord). The council returned to open session at 8:46 PM.
