Board Chairman Josh Skavdahl read a proclamation designating May as Mental Health Month. Commissioner Hal Downer moved to sign the proclamation and Commissioner J.W. Geiser seconded; the roll call vote recorded Downer yes, Geiser yes and Skavdahl yes, and the motion carried.
