Sioux County Board approves wireless tower permit for Crawford site
The Sioux County Board of Equalization unanimously approved Building Permit 2026-3 on May 1, 2026, allowing The Towers, LLC to build a wireless telecommunications tower and facility at 1790 Cottonwood Road in Crawford. The approval passed on a 3-0 roll-call vote.

The Sioux County Board of Equalization on May 1, 2026, approved Building Permit 2026-3, authorizing The Towers, LLC to construct a new wireless telecommunications tower and associated facility at 1790 Cottonwood Road in Crawford. Commissioner Hal Downer moved to approve the permit and Commissioner J.W. Geiser seconded; the roll-call vote recorded Downer yes, Geiser yes and Josh Skavdahl yes.
