City Code Enforcement presented evidence about roof deterioration at 709 E Bay Street. Raina Bergens told the hearing a notice was mailed on June 11, 2026; Bergens also noted Reed "had just purchased the property around early June 2026." Gabriel Reed attended via Zoom and did not contest the findings.
