Planning commission approves large mural at Douglas County Community Arts Center
The commission unanimously approved a special-use permit to allow an internationally commissioned mural on the exterior of the Carson Valley Community Arts Center in Minden; staff said the $68,000 artist fee is covered by an external grant and the mural will be featured on a PBS documentary series.
