Joe Moore Hall, president and CEO of Terry Services, presented the nonprofit's annual community intellectual disability funding request and asked the board to appropriate $178,223 to sustain services that support hundreds of people with disabilities in Grant County and nearly 200 employees. Hall described recent capital and program investments, including renovations for job-training learning labs and affordable housing developments on Cary and Southland Streets.
