The New Hope Shade Tree Commission used its March 18, 2026 meeting to finalize logistics for an Arbor Day event scheduled for April 24, 2026. Chair Gloria Brooker said she is awaiting a sidewalk-repair quote from Hugh Marshall before confirming a proposed planting at 45 N. Main Street; the minutes note the ginkgo planned for that site could be relocated to a property in Carversville if the sidewalk work is required.
