River Ridge CDD approves $1.11 million drainage contract with Clark Construction
The River Ridge Community Development District approved a not-to-exceed $1,111,860 contract with Clark Construction for four stormwater phases covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV, including an added 5% contingency.

River Ridge’s Board of Supervisors voted April 28 to award a drainage improvement contract to Clark Construction Group, Inc. for a not-to-exceed $1,111,860 to complete four stormwater management phases covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV. District Engineer Charlie Krebs reviewed the bids and explained staff added an additional 5% contingency to address unknown unit-cost items such as tree removal and sprinkler-head adjustments.
