Council approves Stone Arch Brewpub AB-105 permit for Rally for the Valley
The Menasha Common Council voted 8-0 to approve a state AB-105 producer full-service retail sales permit for Stone Arch Brewpub to sell alcohol at Rally for the Valley on Oct. 3, 2026; Clerk Janet said the AB-105 is a state permit and the citys review focused on reasonable restrictions and standard background checks.

Alderman Hale moved and Alderman Grotty seconded a motion to approve Stone Arch Brewpub Incorporateds AB-105 application to sell alcohol at the Rally for the Valley event on Oct. 3, 2026. Clerk Janet told the council the application is a state Department of Revenue permit rather than a city license and that the municipalitys role is limited to placing reasonable restrictions and conducting the standard background and financial checks.
