The committee voted unanimously to enter an executive session under 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6)(C) to discuss acquisition of real property or economic development. After the executive session, Councilor Fish moved and Councilor Beck seconded a motion accepting staff’s recommendation to present a restructure of a Community Development loan to full City Council; the roll call was unanimous.
