The commission approved awarding the Lander County RailPark Phase II track-work contract to RailWorks Track Systems for a base bid of $564,550 and a bid alternate of $6,771,975 (total $7,336,525). Aaron Martinez explained Phase II is the rail construction portion, with most of the spur work on county property and a limited component within UP right-of-way.
