Snyder ISD approved a three-year copier purchase and maintenance contract (with a one-year extension option) at its July 9 board meeting. The RFP solicited proposals covering two needs: a lease and full maintenance agreement for 17 new multi-function copiers and a comprehensive maintenance/service/supply agreement for 13 existing district-owned devices. The district received five proposals and an evaluation committee scored submissions on price, technical specs, SLAs and references before asking the top vendors to refine pricing and purchase options.
