County hears IT recovery update; approves compensation benchmarking software
The board heard an IT status update from vendor TCM (Justin Bonner) — servers and backups restored, a new ticketing system in place — and approved a TrueComp software agreement to manage compensation benchmarking and job-description comparisons at an initial price discussed around $14,000.

Justin Bonner, owner of TCM, updated commissioners on work to restore county IT operations: two servers were brought back online, backups were restored and administrative controls were reestablished. Bonner said the team implemented an internal ticketing system "a few weeks ago" to track service requests and notify staff when tickets are updated. "We, a few weeks ago, actually implemented a ticketing system internally," he told the board.
