Nursing home reports steady census, construction remains on schedule
Hillsborough County Nursing Home reported 239 residents (183 Medicaid, 37 self‑pay, 14 Medicare) with 101 on the waiting list; window replacements in vacant unit A2 have started and construction is proceeding on schedule, Administrator David Ross told commissioners.

Nursing Home Administrator David Ross told the Board on Dec. 17 that the facility had 239 residents as of Dec. 10: 183 covered by Medicaid, 37 self‑pay, 14 Medicare, 2 Medicare replacement and 3 on managed care. He said 26 residents were receiving hospice services and 23 were in the Enhanced Living Program, and the waiting list stood at 101.
