Fort Smith directors approved a public services agreement with Main Street Fort Smith to administer the Levitt AMP concert series and to provide a $20,000 local match to unlock $28,000 in grant dollars from the Levitt Family Foundation. Amanda Hagar, representing Main Street, said the grant requires a local match and that the series is intended as a free, ADA‑accessible community concert series to activate the Harry E. Kelly River Park. "So this would be a $20,000 match towards the $28,000," Hagar said, adding that the series averaged close to 200 attendees per concert and partners with local nonprofits.
