Student liaison reports STAAR and AP testing finished; library offers practice tests
Summary
Student liaison Lucas Tong told the board STAAR testing is finished, AP exams are ending this week, and reminded members that the library provides online practice SAT and college-prep tests and other student resources.
Lucas Tong, the student liaison, reported testing updates for local students and pointed board members to online practice resources available through the library.
"STAAR tests are definitely done," Tong said, adding that AP exams wrap up this week and Hendrickson High School ends its school year on the 22nd. Library staff reminded the board the library has a number of practice tests online for SAT and college-prep exams and encouraged students to use them.
Board members thanked Tong for the update and suggested compiling a list of student resources to increase awareness among classmates and teachers.
