Frances Morales, vice chair of the Youth Advisory Council, presented the council’s first‑year activities, including a two‑day leadership summit and a trail project that recorded and measured trees and fauna to create an interactive tree‑walk for Pflugerville’s trails. "For this, we embrace the title of Pflugerville being the trail capital of Texas, and we really wanted to embrace this and make the our trails navigable for our citizens," Morales said.
