Superintendent Joseph Costanzo presented the Department of Corrections census as of April 22, 2026: the total in custody was 419, with 403 housed in the facility. He reported 16 individuals on Electronic Monitoring, one serving a weekend sentence, 34 participants in Assertive Community Treatment programs, 33 in Pre‑Trial services with one on Administrative Home Confinement, and a combined 55 participants in Mental Health Courts (24 in Manchester, 31 in Nashua).
