The commission held the second reading of Ordinance 2025-02, which establishes and amends fees for fire, marina, parks and recreation, planning and conservation, sanitation, and water and wastewater services (excluding capacity fees). City Attorney Pro Tem Poole presented the ordinance language and staff confirmed changes recommended by advisory boards.
