Agency official (roads) reported crews were spraying thistles on the east side and had started shouldering work on several blacktop routes (D55, T55, T47). The hydroseeder was out and ready to begin on ditch work; staff noted a blade was taken and there will be one open position on the crew, with applications to be taken if no bid is received for a truck scheduled to retire Friday.
