Staff presented revised multifamily open-space language intended to set minimums for internal and external open spaces and to tier requirements for projects over 50 units. The proposal would have required external open-space areas to be at least 500 square feet and interior spaces at least 200 square feet, with two or more open-space areas required on projects over 50 units.
