A class of kindergarten and first‑grade students from Lawrence Harte School presented a six‑week riparian science project conducted at Mill Creek. Teacher Katie introduced the students, and several students described the instruments and results: repeated 10‑ft flow timing averaged about 10 seconds, typical water depth measurements were around 6 inches, pH test strips indicated water conditions supportive of small aquatic life, and photographic monitoring showed seasonal greening.
