Commission holds executive sessions on financing RFPs, litigation and Comcast contract
On May 1 the commission entered executive session to receive legal advice and discuss contracts and liability related to RFP responses for financing a new government and judicial complex, a Circuit Court case (CC-19-2025-C-93), and a Comcast franchise/contract review; sessions began at 11:27 a.m. and the body reconvened at 1:40 p.m.

Commissioner Steve Stolipher moved the commission into executive session at 11:27 a.m. to receive legal advice and discuss contracts and matters of liability; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Cara Keys and approved unanimously. The commission reconvened in regular session at 1:40 p.m.
