Laura Leppke, Talent Acquisition Division Leader for Lincoln-Lancaster County Human Resources, told the Board that three qualified candidates have been identified for the County’s Risk Management director role—two from an external recruiter and one from the County posting. Leppke said interviews are scheduled for March 26, with 45 minutes allotted per candidate and time set aside for Board discussion between interviews.
