The commissioners reviewed proposed revisions to job descriptions for entry-level and supervisory ranks in the Webb County Sheriff's Office. A presenter described the work as a modernization effort: "Basically, we're modernizing the job descriptions. The last time they were worked on was probably prior to 2010," the presenter said, adding the changes are largely language and administrative updates and "it's not union sensitive."
