Borough Engineer Kevin Matson updated Council on multiple capital and infrastructure projects on Feb. 4: a gazebo for Veterans' Landing is slated for installation in the first quarter pending weather; a video assessment of the Gladstone Manor sanitary sewer showed lining (not replacement) is feasible; the county requested more information on Highland Avenue repaving funding; and an apparent low bidder was identified for the 2026 Road Program.
