The Crested Butte Town Council approved Resolution No. 3, Series 2026 as part of the consent agenda on Jan. 20, 2026, authorizing the town to purchase 816 Gothic and authorizing the Town Manager to execute all documents related to the purchase. The consent item was approved by roll call vote with all council members voting yes.
